How codriver compares, and where it doesn't

codriver is a driving companion, not just another map. It knows where you are going, guides each turn, watches changing conditions and brings community road context to our own 3D map engine, written for the Tesla browser. It can also pick up the car’s destination and, on Premium, follow the Tesla route live. codriver only suggests; the driver decides and remains responsible. It never controls the car and cannot tell whether FSD (Supervised) or Autopilot is engaged. These pages show honestly where that companion fits beside focused tools — including the ones it works best with rather than against.
